Its sister company, Austin House Leveling, has worked in the area since 1978 on foundation repair and soil stabilization, and founder Larry Holt started that business. Foundation services include pier and beam and slab foundation repair, pier drilling and installation, structural footings, and foundation additions or new slab foundations. The company also pours flatwork such as driveways, sidewalks and patios, builds retaining walls and does drainage work. The Holt family's construction history reaches back to the 1930s.
